Frequently asked questions
- Why is the result different from other speed test sites?
- Every test measures speed to its own server. Here we measure to our server in Belgrade – the speed at which you will work with websites and servers hosted with us.
- How do I get a more accurate result?
- Connect with a cable instead of Wi-Fi, close downloads, streaming and video calls, and repeat the test a few times.
- What are ping and jitter?
- Ping is the time for a packet to reach the server and come back. Jitter is how much the ping varies between measurements – high jitter hurts video calls and games.
